EA Help around LSB purchase, think twice before purchasing anything from EA
US Recently I bought LSB for Tusken via PC launcher (I know webstore have better value, haven't noticed it at the time). But after finalizing transaction in my bank, there was an error within application. I Didn't receive Tuskens, instead I got some crystals, which is not acceptable. If I wanted to purchase crystals I would purchase crystals.
Anyway, I was able to cancel transaction in PC launcher (which didn't return my money), and bought Tusken LSB once again via webstore, and now everything was fine, as I got my Tuskens. So I reached out to EA help to get my money back from first failed purchase.
At some point I got response that acknowledges that I bought the same pack twice:

I would like to inform you that I have reviewed your game account and I can see that you have claimed your first purchase for tusken lightspeed bundle at 12/06/2024, 9:38:00pm and second purchase on 12/08/2024, 1:58:00pm.

I've sent all necessary information, yet I am still struggling with resolving my case.
I've been trying to get it resolved now for 4 full days, and to be honest it make me not want to purchase anything ever again. I might not be a big spender, but I buy some packs from time to time, and not having faith in the support to help with any issues undermine all the trust as the customer.
I've noticed that failed LSB purchases are also in other topics, so I am not the only one.
tl;dr - Bought LSB twice, and now they don't want to return money for failed purchase.
Create an in-game ticket and request a refund. EA Help is responsible for refunding purchases except Apple
