EA Help is Useless - Fraud webstore purchase

When have they offered 25% bonus? I've only ever seen the vault offering 5% extra crystals (16,500) over the in-game store (15,710).

I was sure they'd only done 25% extra on the lower cost crystal bundles in recent years.
