EA Help is utterly rubbish

On Sunday, I tried to buy the Summer Special Crystal Box, through the ingame store. I clicked the card, selected the Google Play payment, verified the Credit Card payment, and boom. "This resource is not available" and a 24 hours account error, which forced me to restart the game. When the game was restarted, there was no ingame message to receive the items, but Google Play (and my credit card) confirmed that the payment was made. I dutifully informed EA Help through the ingame help screen.

What followed was 72 (! SEVENTYTWO!) hours of messages where the same questions were asked repeatedly, where a proof of purchase was sent at least 5 times, and were nothing was solved at all. These 72 hours included long stretches of 12 hours, where I asked for feedback, only to receive the same questions again. After 12 hours. And then I was asked to submit the payment email and the order history in Google Play again, and again, and again, to no resolve.

In the end, one helper suggested to cancel the payment through the Google Playstore, which I did. I sent that back to EA Help, and when the cancellation came through, in 2 hours, I informed EA Help that the payment is cancelled.

Which was followed by at least a dozen messages, in the space of 10 minutes, on how to update my payment details so I can make a new payment. In fact, they are still messaging me, and I can't make them stop.

This support experience is utter rubbish. It is ridiclious. You can check my order history for the past 5 years for this game, and see that it has not been insignificant. But that stops now. Unless the support experience is vastly improved, I'll find other venues to spend my money.
