Do you have Hondo with his zetas?  Do you have at least 277 speed on Hondo?  Pre-RD owner, but this explains it all pretty good, Scrybe is the dude.  Use the middle ability to trap Greedo, then use the bonus turn to use the last ability to get your stacks up.

Definitely a toughy.  I remember it was very RNG dependent.  However, the good news is that her journey is permanently available, so time is on your side.  Also, you need Hondo at Relic 9 eventually to unlock .....erm Hondo.  I would think at relic 9, even 7 or 8 maybe,  this battle is very manageable.
