EA Support: Ingame help broken, help.ea.com help broken. trying to replace leader.
10 days ago, i tried to use the ingame help to 'take leadership' of the guild (leader gone for 130+days, and no other officers).
the game response was if you want to replace the leader, click the 'No, I need to talk to someone'. But on the iphone or ipad, the 'link' is not active, nothing to click, its bold faced but nothing to click.,
So, I opened a ticket with help.ea.com. their response? Open a ticket in the game.
when I explained that doesn't work, they said, ok, help.ea.com, click contact, click product, click platform, click topic, then issue (there is no topic 'i need to replace leader') all other topics are at a dead end, they say 'ask for community help'
