I thought i was the only on that this happened too. I'm not sure CG cares though.
Definitely looks like they don't. They love taking our money, but anytime there's an issue they're either nowhere to be found or tell you it's a problem with your device lol (I have the latest Google Pixel-fairly certain it's not he device). Then they hit you with lame troubleshooting tips which aren't even close to what is needed. From what I hear, it has to do with minimizing the buffs at the top of the screen, if you don't minimize apparently it doesn't happen. I will try this and see if that works.
