If you're talking to people and not a chatbot in the first place, it's general helpdesk staff whose best offer is most basic level troubleshooting like "have you tried turning it off and on again?". They don't know the specific games people are referring to and it's not in their job description to know the games. They're not even really paying attention to what you're saying, exactly, they're just following a flowchart-type script, that's why you repeatedly get the same pre-packaged answers that already didn't help you before. The only real support for troubleshooting with video games comes from the playerbase itself, not the companies.
When you mention GAC to an EA helpdesk employee, you might as well be speaking a different language. They have no earthly idea what you're talking about.
