EA support is trash
I'm not one to chat with support, but after this GAC and losing twice because of GL Ahsoka battles I finally felt the need to use support after 9 years of playing. While in GAC battles with GL Ahsoka on defense and offense the action buttons at the right bottom of the screen disappear, which end up losing the battle for you. I spend way too much money on this game (over 10k a year) for this type stuff to be happening and also to have this poor of support. I have been trying for two days to get them to understand anything I am saying (they don't even know what GAC even means). They tell me to "restart my phone" or "close all other apps" and try again. We all know you can't just try again in GAC, how does their support not know this? Just rubs me the wrong way when they obviously don't know or care or both. All they seem to want to do is send you and unrelated link for troubleshooting, rush you off the chat and tell you to have a great day.
