Easy counter to phoneix squad

From what I see a lot of people see a full phoenix team as an easy target, but I think the way to use them is, maybe 3 and then gk,rex,zarris,jka or chaze in the background to bring them up to a better lvl.

Not sure on the best combo, still looking over the skills.
