Echo assisting off of everyone using 212th attack was probably a bug. To me, its pretty clear. In that case, what cg needed to do was compensate. Either reduce the cooldown, in crease codys leader ability crit rate....something.
I don't think you should showcase a character a certain way and advertise it as such, only to remove what made them effective.
