It makes you want to quit, but you're so invested, what can you do?
We should have the option of getting every penny spent on any part of the game back, and walking away for good. We can't be compensated for our time/life, but THAT much they could at least do. I would take it in a heartbeat.
In fact, they should offer our money back AND let us keep playing.
Either way, it seems patently dishonest to keep money paid for something, when you alter the good or service paid for to the extent that it is no longer what was paid for. I wouldn't let my 6 year old do that to someone...
