Echo fix now makes cody useless + clone nerfs

I only have 5s at 7 star atm, Echo is still just fresh out of the bag and Sarge is 5 start with Anakin 6 stars, so I'm no where near being able to run any type of clone team.

I just finished 7sing my whole clone team... and this happened. It is still really fun to play, but expect some frustration if you run it in arena. Cody dies like a fly against any hard hitting toons, and the AI seems programmed to target him. Clones have no one with a taunt, and they run best with a jedi like anakin (or as I run, Aayla for the second assist, counter, and stun). So you really can fit a taunt toon in there without further ruining Cody's usefulness.

Bright side is they are great against rancor. If you topple the rancor, Cody's 212th refreshes on each use, and fives and Rex help to make the rancor slower... and in raids I run qgj with them for an extra assist and more TM removal.

I just wish Cody wasn't so slow... or squishy.

The loss of Echo assists has impacted overall team damage and makes arename difficult, though I am still running them cause I like the vibe of the team synergy.
