The same formula woulda been Emperor + Empire...

Rebels are a good choice, by now most people should have biggs, StHan and Leia at least.

This must be a joke. I got 5 empires maxed solely due to rumors of Palpatine event akin to Yoda event months back. Why break the theme when Yoda calls for other jedi's to get collected?

Difference is yoda was "training" other jedi in that event. Obviously darth sidious would never train a group so it has to be an event where the rebels or jedi have to defeat him or remove him from power.
