But you have to create a new account.
First change your phone's time to some other time zone. Create an account. Cantina energy will be arrived at noon of the set time zone. If you want to receive it at 3 pm, set your phone's time forward by 3hrs (i.e. current displayed time 12:32 -> changed displayed time 9:32)
