Episode quests

So I thought yesterday when Omega (fugitive launched) i might have completed her marquee event before the new episode quests went live as it didn't register completing Tire 1 of her marquee. So ...

I have the exact same problem, and additionally I am not allowed to complete this even if I beat the Cad Bane behind the GO button.
