We aren't going to be getting straight up Jedi for a long long time.
If a Jedi Council tag was added that would include JMK and they don't want unintended interactions with JMK, that's why Jedi Vanguard were so specific.
That is also 2 eras worth of characters. Conquest characters aren't supposed to be tied to the era even though they have been so far.
