So, you don’t fix the lag I’m experiencing, I can handle that. But what I can’t handle is the game crashing after every GAC battle resulting in a loss when I’ve beaten the opponents team - now it’s costing me crystals…
I take it there won’t be any appropriate compensation, you’ll offer the trademark CWC shards. But it’s now becoming beyond a joke.
I think everyone's seen some sluggishness with loading since the patch a couple weeks ago. It would be great if they were responsive about that, but that's not really something they do.
Not to mention, EA Help is absolutely worthless. Are those EA help reps even getting a paycheck? Because all they do is say, "sorry to hear that, you should post this on the forums to get help there." (I've gotten that response 3-4 times now)
At this point CG has lost its soul. Just an assembly line on autopilot and accountants are in charge making revenue-only decisions. No gamers anymore, just revenue-chasers. There are devs trying to make it better, but the ones in charge don't respect them anymore than they respect players.
