Error 3 cant log in

I have been having issues since 5pm. I have no idea to give you my code I tried to reach out to ea - via support and that was crap. I still havent been able to log in Since 5pm 8 hours later still nothing. I reset password nothing - I cleared cache I rest my modem. I did everything and nothing worked. This is just bad. I hope the group makes it right.
