Evasion is rigged - proven.

So I got B2 sbd. He debuffed an enemy that has no evasion. (So now a -25% chance to evade) Next two attacks on said target were evaded. Added because I'm bored of the ignorant replies that all...

I think we all crave proof and the true statistics of dodge/evasion ratings provided by EA/CG. I agree its rigged because every character has 0 deflection rating, and 0 dodge rating, yet they do dodge for no apparant reason. This is nothing new, we all know this and the common consensus is that there IS in fact a base dodge/evasion rating.
that said, your original post doesnt proof anything, thats all.
