Evasion itself is not so bad, it's Old Bens second part that makes it hardcore. +30% TM AFTER they completely voided an action is a huge swing. There a reason why Old Ben is the #1 used lead in the game right now.
You really only need one toons that stuns like daka to be loaded up with accuracy. Once a toon is stunned they cannot dodge.
That's true. Still doesn't help if your other toons are going first and end up giving a lot of TM up before the stunner can take their turn.
