Has anyone leveled this character up? It's heal/revieve skills seem useful but wondering if it's a character worth investing in?

I have him ready to promote to 5* (lucky pulls) I think I'll be working on him for at least a B-team spot in GW. I haven't done much with him though, but he sure looks interesting.
