Ewoks Marquee Events No Character Requirements?

Do you remember in the Luke flash events is the top tier required Luke at 7*? My point is can I stop farming them at 6* (Chirpa will be tough to be brought to 7* on my side..) and have access to the top/bonus tier?

Also in your title you put Marquee event, not flash event
