In the ideal game, strategy should be before anything. I'm not asking them to be meta, simply a buff to let them stand a better chance and overall add more balance.
They do stand a chance. Against other lower-tier teams. They're fine.
For all the farming they require, it's unacceptable... they should be more viable, especially against Empire teams, since they helped win the Battle of Endor for Force sakes!

Jolee would have made a world of difference, too.
A JKR team usually involves at least 5 zetas (3 on JKR, 1 on Jolee, 1 on GMY) and would involve maxed out characters. Not sure why an ewok team facing them should require less of a zeta/gear investment.- AyyOkage6 years agoSeasoned Newcomer

Malok compared to C-3PO is on a whole other plain and level of power. I mean... 3PO doesn’t even have a tag thay synergizes with Ewoks.
I made the argument that 3PO should have a change to his unique that allows for him to use his protocol droid skills to be able to use the tag of any faction, or at least a lot of factions. You’re right, so I suggest at least adding more zeta abilities to Ewoks. Teebo has none, his leader ability is trash. Elder has none, and I suggest giving him a unique. Scout has none, and I suggest giving him another ability, while reducing the cooldown on another.
Only the newer ewoks have zetas, 1 each... and Logray isn’t even free to play.

He doesn't have a tag, but literally every benefit he applies to Galactic Republic, Rebels and Resistance characters he also gives to Ewoks. And Ewoks gain translation when they use a special ability just like the three factions above. He boosts Ewoks more than any other team. Every little bit helps, so thats why I feel an overall buff to even C-3PO, would be giving him the leader abilities, and synergies, of many factions, including those of Ewoks, At least until the end of the battle.
He’s a protocal droid, after all.

The lore’s always relevent, otherwise they’r let you use Ewoks to unlock Malak, too.

Ok but that has zero to do with the point, which is that Ewoks and Carth were both an end to a means. They don't have to be good to be worth having them, because of what they got you.
