Excessive items

We really need a way to do something with all these excessive items. I have over 3000 of lots of random items that no one uses.

I think a great ability would be to turn maybe 20 salvage pieces into 1 salavage of the level above, as well as downgrading, turning 1 salvage into 10 salavage of the level below.

Or for an easier solution would be to just turn them into Credits.
