Executor packs disappeared from store

This is an unfortunate, already-reported bug that occurs with packs that appear first as popups - for instance, some of the datacron material packs and mod attenuator packs had the same issue a couple of weeks ago: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Mod-Attenuator-pack-for-crystals-is-only-available-as-a-popup/m-p/12013050#M62473

Where can we send ticket for this Executor issue. I am having the same thing and I really don't wanna miss my window to 7* the ship.

You could comment on the bug report I literally posted just above your comment. In general, the more that people react to these things, the more quickly they'll get noticed.

Even if you do manage to get enough of their attention, it has a 0% chance of getting fixed today, which means you're out of luck this time.

Ughhh. I also ran into this last night. Saved up all my crystals and waited a whole month because I just missed it last month. CG please allow us to do this event again before next month!!!
