Extra Life Donation Portrait

One of the incentives to donate to the Extra Life charity drive was an exclusive portrait. While I've received everything else I can't seem to find the portrait or it didn't get delivered with the other items (shards, crystals, etc).

It's hardly the biggest issue but it would be nice to find out if it's still in-bound or if we are just unable to find it.
