False ban with zero support in over two weeks

Hi,

Can someone please explain why no one at EA support has replied to my case in over two weeks? You have falsely banned my account for absolutely no reason and I want to know why? Two weeks with no answer is shocking..

    @TomPaine95x it looks like your Allycode is 665772683 and this Account looks inactive for more then 2 Weeks. Is That the Account you are talking about? Or do you have another?
