Small correction. The upgrade to 4 stars is 30 not 50.

It's 330 total shards for a character.

10 + 15 + 25 + *30* + 65 + 85 + 100 = 330

of which you have the first 25 done by unlocking the full character.

25 + 30 + 65 + 85 + 100 = 305

From 0, it would be 330 shards. 330/4 = 82.5 days with 26,400 crystals. If you win atleast 3rd on arena that would be 26,400 / 400 = 66 days of daily 3rd arena prize. so roughly 66 to 83 days on grind. 66 if you save all crystals or 83 if you do it like me and just buy 1 at a time. The randomness of it showing in shipments does not really matter much since some days you'll see them twice.
