As bad as it is, this is just sort of the nature of the game now. They've snagged enough players and are making enough money to the point where corporate's no longer concerned with getting people interested, but are first and foremost concerned with how they can micromanage the product (as a service) and keep people spending. Disgusting what a fun game can become in the hands of the wrong people.
