totally possible to do that and not cheat. He simply kept the hard counters for the top zone while struggling to win piecemeal if necessary the other battles. As for a ship battle in 2 minutes, that depends on the fleets involved (and skill ofc) but it is doable. Wait to see history before making cheating allegations
