I have maxed rebels/clones and I put max mods on them and was unable to complete tier two. I never even got close. I could be wrong but I put a couple of threads up looking for people that finished the event without AOE characters and I found almost none.
That was my one problem with the event. It was supposed to be an event for rebels clones but was tuned for specific ones. Namely Lando. I attempted the event more times than I can count with AA ,Leia ,HR scout, Rex, ST Han. The fact is that single attack characters could not dispose of the enemies fast enough. You basically had to have a strong AOE character.
I'm sure a few people will jump on this thread and tell me how they completed it without any AOE toons and I say good for you!
Perhaps it was possible to complete if you had 3 days to sit there and wait for RNG from God but it was pretty disappointing to have a maxed out set of characters and not even come close.
