Finalize the March Calendar

I've given up on having any sort of faith in the reliability/consistency of the posted calendar. We have gotten last minute legendary events, log-in character switches, the wrong upcoming events displayed in-game, and strangely vague "date redacted" events where we had to guess if an event might be in the 2nd 3rd or 4th week of the month (it was a nice gimmick as a mystery once, after that it just became irritating). Gone are the days where you could plan ahead your next 4-6 weeks with a good amount of certainty.
