What you saying is just plain false, although I think that this is confusion on your part, not anything involving bad intent. It seems more like you're misinterpreting
the event being "always on" in the Jouney Guide" with
the character/ship being present in the Journey Guide at all. Please note that the language you quote is:
we plan to make events permanently available via the Journey Guide
That's not at all the same as putting an entry for the character or ship in the Journey Guide. I called for Finalizer and Raddus to be in the Journey Guide, not for the events to be always on.
