As doggirl has pointed out, my biggest issue is that mods I had with established secondaries got changed to different stats. I get that the values were too high, but one of my 5 star b quality had +5 speed as a secondary stat at level 1. I upgraded it all the way and got even more speed. The primary was %protection. Damn good mod. Now it's health and no speed. I declare shenanigans.
