Finally an appropriate developer response

Hmm. What about all the other concerns. Lied about scoundrel event being once a week in their first message about it. GW is BS now and design so it's not beatable by 99% of players(totally made that # up). Credits crunch is insane, I have like twenty toons at 1 star since I have no credits to level them. Have to choose between farming toons in cantina or mods. People getting one 2 star mod after using lots of cantina energy for the day. Leveling a mod and finding all secondary stats suck wasting all those credits. Etc, etc

Are you kidding me? Is this game for 3 hrs and under? You spent a million dollars on mods.....I'm pretty sure that you could have bought and maxed evey toon for less than a million dollars.


Seriously, we paid for a product, got the product, then when everyone got so enraged about your enormous incompetence you started nerfing mods......I hope people finally see EA for what you really are.....

A bunch of Greedy little people who will continue to ruin games cause you get off on it and when people quit u start a new game with new promises.

Good luck, I think Most gamers are ware of EA now and will steer clear of your games!

Disingenuous?? The point is people have spent money on mods before they were nerfed that, had they known what was to happen, would not have done. That's not being disingenuous,that's being screwed over. It's like buying a ticket to see a band and arriving to discover it's actually a tribute act.

Not worth the 500k credits to level, or the 10m credits required to level/star/gear/mod each synergy team you want, or the 100/200 crystals needed for a chance at 2-3 mods (and the opportunity cost of losing cantina shards).

Given that the mods as they are now are minimal, most would have bought a few and kept farming gear, chats, etc.

HOWEVER. The massive advantage that they gave meant that you had to put everything into them to remain viable.

My issue is not so much about what they are now but that I was 'forced' to invest heavily for something that could have been farmed slow time like everything else.

It is underhanded and almost a con job. Either that or gross incompetence from the game developers.

the infrequency of the scoundrel even isnt a huge deal. What has it been one maybe 2 less so far than what they promised. Leveling a mod is mostly for the primary stat and synergy bonus. GW is still garbage, but at least now it's not impossible (since last night's patch). Mod scarcity is unnecessary but it's not a huge deal. Granted the last two points should still be changed.

The mods are still worth being leveled up and they still offer a large advantage over non-modded or lesser modded characters. Having one level 5 Mod maxed is more powerful than one heroic gear. Maxing a level 5 mod costs 500k, how many crystals does it take to get that. Very little compared to how many crystals it costs for gear. Mods are still best thing to spend money on in this game.

I actually spent a ton of my crystals on the five star mods. Have a bunch just sitting there waiting to be leveled and equipped.

I saw that a scoundrel event was gonna be weekly like they originally stated so I farmed and used way more credits than I will get back from it now since it's only twice a month now. Those credits sure would be useful now since they changed GW.

In your opinion. There's several things I would have chosen instead of levelling mods

Totally agree. So many more character shards and gear I could have farmed/purchased with my crystals.

You certainly are very cavalier with my cash and in-game credits. It's nice that you know everything about what I would have done with my resources had I known the true value of what I was buying.

Sure would like the crystals I lost for not finishing top 2 in arena the last couple days. Been first or second for many months now till update.
