The game doesn't make it easy to communicate since there is no in game mail feature, which would be useful for guild leaders/officers to send a guild wide message. The in game chat is pretty messy and bloated with updates of progress so you can't have a conversation. Some people can't install line or don't want to for various reasons etc.
