I can't guarantee 100% yes but I'm pretty sure you will be able to at that level. Just make sure tenacity down from KRU basic is used at the start of each phase. Put as much speed as you can manage on FOO and always call FOX using FOO's marching orders and FOSFTP's assist attack.
