How to combine the 60% chance of Phasma with the 50% chance of the FO Storm Trooper? Are three attacks possible, too? (Two abilities, two assists...?!) Can the Trooper call one ally because of Phasma leadership and another ally because his Zeta-ability?
Yes. FOST could gets 50% chance to call an assist. Then a different 60% assist chance to call an assist through phasma's assist. So three people can attack.

Also if FOST is called to assist, then he has a 50% to call an assist to his assist.
His 65% counter has a 50% chance too
