Fix Biggs and Sun Fac

Seriously. Why does Biggs' taunt still not work? The description says that every time an enemy gets a target lock he should gain protection back and taunt. No, this doesn't happen every time. At least not for the player. For defense it seems to happen every time.

And even when I do get the taunt, his protection doesn't always recover a percentage like it should.

Similar issue with Sun Fac's special. It's supposed to stun when it hits an enemy with a buff. But it doesn't; not always.

Maybe before releasing new ships we should fix the ones you've already released.
