Community ManagerHey there. Sorry to hear about your frustrations with the game. Have you tried playing through the EA App on a PC? It's possible this is related to the device you're using so it would be good to see if it happens on another as well.
My whole guild is reporting 10-15 second freezes throughout the game. Mostly started in the Shipments stores, but today it seems to have started to freeze during game play
Same. The games been extremely broken since the last update. The stores don't work right, I had the app shut down entirely during an important tw battle the other day and cost me my Leia squad, and constant stutters and freezes during battles. A good 50% of my guild is reporting the same things.
Yeah my personal device must be the cause of this widespread issue. Awesome logicking there guy. I play this game because it's a mobile game. If the devs break it so badly that it can no longer function properly on mobile platforms, I'm gone. And probably a huge chunk of the player base along with me.
Community ManagerThe point of trying a different device is to narrow down where the issue lies. If it works, that means it's possibly your device so we can focus on troubleshooting there. I wasn't saying you have to switch to a different device permanently.
The problem is not my device. The game is broken. Are you not seeing the other responses here of others experiencing the same issue?
With all do respect and Im sorry, but its a mobile game and it should work on a mobile phone, android or iphone. And this freezing started after new update. Before everything...not everything (buttons missing during battle, animation not working and so on)... was working smooth enough. Now it is just kind of imposible to play. Thank you
Also seeing lag issues, especially in the store which means I'm less likely to spend crystals there.
