Flawed Signal Data drop
Can someone explain to me, if the Flawed Signal Data is set to drop 2 pieces at once depending on RNG. When I pulled a bunch I hit 23?? Shouldn't it either be 22 or 24? And does that mean when it does hit we are sometimes getting 1 piece instead of 2? I was under the assumption they would drop in pairs of 2 just like how the character shards are when they get bumped from 1 shard to 2. Seems a bit strange!
Answered many times. It's not set to drop two at once, like with accelerated characters. It's a range of 0-2.
