Fleet arena communication
why it's not possible to communicate with other players in the fleet arena as it is for squad arena or GAC?

You can choose who can message you in your settings. If the button is grayed out, they may have it locked.
I can't message people on my squad arena either. You can always talk to your shardmates by trying to find their discord or forum account. If you can get to their swgoh.gg, sometimes discord info is posted there.
