Fleet mastery changes means more lost shards to convert

Dear CG, why not just allow players with 330 shards or a 7-star capital ship be able to aim the battle rather than remove it?  You have already removed shard rewards once with this set of changes, wh...

Losing the shsrd shop currencycreally sucks. Please givecit back to us. You took it away from the galactic challenges and now this. Give us the shards back!

    and CG says they wants to help ftp accounts... this currency helps ftp accounts a lot and they remove everything
