Why make it to be monthly? Why not make it right away? Why to complicate things? The answer is: Chimaera legendary event. Just do not give ANY single chance to get 7* Chimaera for a F2P in the first run. Does not matter how much beforehand you farmed ships.

I do not complain about choosing the pass of farming ships. If I had a chance to go back in time, I would farm ships anyway. I just do not understand why to be so greedy? You get the money from packs of regular ships. Is not it enough?
