FO and health steal?

On my alt account I just unlocked fost today leveled and geared him up to g8 so I can now run a full FO team in gw. My line up,
Phasma 7* g8
Kylo 7* g9
Foo 5* g8
Fotp 3* g8
Fost 2* g8
My question is do the last 3 gain any health steal with * level or gear level? This squad is a lot of fun to play but of course the ai goes after Fotp every chance they get and with no way to regen health he dies rather quickly.

    I don't exactly know, but I can tell you that I faced off against a gear 11 full FO squad in GW and couldn't even get through FOTP's protection befote my teams all died horrible, awful deaths.

    So maybe? Maybe not? But they're real good and your investment will be rewarded.

    It's going to be a long grind but like I said they are a lot of fun to play. Ive started on them a little late imo but I am hoping maybe later this year with ep 8 coming out they will add more to help this squad out a little.

    I think they'd be a lot better with even the 5-10% most characters get, but oh well. I ran them in gw today and the other teams didn't take a turn until node 5. They are a very fast hard hitting squad and I don't even have good mods for them yet.
