They're a cantina farm? I'm nowhere near full 7* on the cantina toons but most can be put to be the back of the queue for something like this, since it's so readily accessible.
As for the tiers 5-7 theres an understable pay wall for the most part, just 6-7 really from a quick skim read there. We're not talking about gears 1-8, every tier of relics severely improves a characters stats.
