Your comments aren't helpful to the situation and this is a real situation the game is facing, whether you wake up and smell the coffee or not.
We aren't the top guild by any means but we are a good one, at least we used to be. Steam roll through DS Geo TB and all raids are like on auto the rewards just trickle in with pretty much little effort, but not the real rewards we need or not enough.
The time it takes for DS Geo to roll around is ridiculous, its nowhere near enough - that's what I mean, the game is very stagnant. And players seem to be dropping like flies.
I am not just talking about these new challenge tiers - its all of the recent decisions by the Devs, this challenge tier is now just the cherry on top.
If you stop feeding it, it might go away.
