It was good idea to add new tiers, but the way it has been done is a joke. F2P players badly need access to better gear rewards to relic characters, and this is a slap in the face. I think it is too late. In my guild alone we have had at least 6 of our main contributers leave. Today alone 2 more have announced their departure after TW, including our guild leader. Not good.
