Free characters for Android users

Hello fellow holotable hustlers. I use iOS and I'm aware of much of the consternation of Android users gaining many free characters as opposed to iOS getting barely any. It is what it is, I don't like it but hey ho. So I just wanna request that the game does NOT send me/iOS notifications to go grab our free characters when it only refers to Android users, don't think that's too much to ask. I can accept that Android do more for their users than apple in the promotional and giveaway stakes, but I think it's just a further insult as an iOS user when I get a notification to tell me I've got a free character when I DON'T. Btw the character I'm referring to at this point is Clone Wars Chewie, alas I don't even want or farm him, but if I could further his shard count for free then yes, I wouldn't mind at all. Maybe I should've posted this in BUGS section?

    As an Android player for about a year, I can tell you that you missed out on one character - K-2SO. I can also tell you that iPhone users had an exclusive Earth Day event last year for Ewoks. I don't know the rewards because, well, I'm an Android user.

    Neither OS received anything that gave a competitive advantage. You make it sound like Android users got exclusive access to Baze and Chirrut.

    This is a non-issue, and people need to calm down.

    I'm afraid this is untrue you cannot compare shards of a toon to a full 7* character.

    You got your toon IOS didn't nobody cares anymore but please stop trying to claim a full 7* brand new toon is the same as getting a few shards.


    That's not the point. K-2SO is fairly useless so 7* vs. shards is irrelevant. No one got an advantage from the exclusive content. That is the point.

    Sorry but why start again iOS vs Android ?!? As far as I understand @GoldieJames just asks to not see notifications for toon which cannot get - it is fair and they should implement it.

    It would be a big issue actually, if the cassian u-wing tournament continued as planned

    I think your smoking the stuff you're trying to sell.

    A full 7* useless or not puts android a full toon ahead.

    Why is K2? He is a droid.
    What is K2? He is a rebel.

    What was palp event? Rebels
    What was the droid event no matter how useless? Droids.

    So yes shards vs full unobtainable toon does in fact matter as it would if the shoe was on the other foot and you didn't get him.

    So again doesn't matter that you got him but don't try and spoon feed iOS users your bull.


    Don't feed Android users yours, and we'll call it good. ;)

    Nah. It's not a big deal. I mean, I want free things, too, but I won't be salty that Apple won't spring for it because they're too busy paying millions of dollars to advertising agencies so folks'll think they're indie.

    Fairly useless? you've got to be kidding me!

    Free 7* character
    Rebel
    Droid
    Free exclusivity for one platform over another

    Add the crystals associated with event that completely excluded iOS users; and that without an uproar would've seen a tournament rewarding "only" Android users a usable ship due to the k-2SO being required to fly it. Finally a free droid/7* characters and crystals who wouldn't want that ...

    Stop trying to downplay this horrendous blunder as anything but what it was, a slap in the face to iOS users

    As an android user sitting on a level 1 3* K2 I can say without a doubt that I would not give a flying fuck about any free toon iOS received unless he started kicking my ass in the arena.
