freezing after update

When I try to open a character, the gear spins and the game locks up. So I can’t update any characters. i can’t change mods. also the same thing happens it I try to open a bronzium data card. anyone else having this problem? I reached out yo ea, they gave me the uninstall, install, power down power up thing. but that didnt work. havent heard back from them since. i’m hoping when the even goes live that it revolves itself, which is what I think they’re hoping/know.
